West Sussex County Council are promoting the Aerosol Recycling Campaign, which is currently running in partnership with Alupro and Arun District Council. The campaign will continue until the end of November and aims to raise awareness and increase the recycling of empty aerosol cans across West Sussex.

Each year, the UK uses around 550 million metal aerosols, many of which can be recycled at home once empty. However, recent surveys show that 22% of residents are unaware that empty aerosol cans are recyclable. This campaign seeks to change that.
